Low Cost Divorce? Start Here

Our directory has affordable family and divorce lawyers that can help you with all the legal issues: separation, child custody, child support, property distribution, spousal support alimony, etc.  Be prepared, however, that affordable in divorce may mean thousands of dollars instead of tens of thousands of dollars.  Yes, you read that right, and it happens all the time.  Too many couples waste their savings (and their relative's savings) on hiring expensive lawyers to battle for years in court. But there is a better option - hire an affordable lawyer, and follow your lawyer's advice on controlling cost by being reasonable, compromising, and staying out of court as much as possible.

Affordable Lawyers: An Important Option

"Affordable Lawyers" is a developing trend, in which lawyers are figuring out how to provide legal services at a price point lower than large firms and other well-established lawyers.  Those in the forefront are young attorneys, in solo or small firm practice, that are structuring their practice to keep their costs low, and use technology for maximum efficiency.

It used to be that only wealthy people and organizations hired lawyers.  But our society has changed dramatically, and now about 58 million people seek the advice or representation of an attorney each year (According to a LexisNexis survey from 2012).  For good or bad, our society has become increasingly legalistic, and if you do not have the benefit of a lawyer's advice, counsel, and representation, you will lose out.

Note: all the lawyers in our directory are independent.  Represent Everyone is not a law firm, does not provide legal services, is not a referral service, and does not warranty or guarantee the services provided by attorneys that advertise on our site.
